Sentry Temperature Monitoring has announced the successful installation of its state-of-the-art temperature monitoring system at the newly opened Altona Foodbank, enhancing the facility’s ability to safely store and manage perishable food donations.

The Centaur System allows for all fridges and freezers to be monitored with the ability to expand in the future

The installation ensures that all refrigeration and freezer units are continuously monitored, helping to maintain food safety standards and reduce the risk of spoilage. Real-time alerts notify staff immediately if temperatures fall outside safe ranges, enabling prompt action and safeguarding the quality of food for the local community.
